Job Title: Asset Manager

About the Role:

Goughrecruitment is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital, and operations of the assigned property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Work with Group Management to provide up-to-date portfolio information and communicate with tenants regarding their leases and rental commitments.
  • Asset Planning: Develop annual asset plans for each property, including capital upgrades and leasing strategies.
  • Property Maintenance: Plan and manage property maintenance, including liaising with property and leasing lawyers.
  • Leasing and Marketing: Assist with the planning, marketing, and leasing of retail, commercial, and industrial development projects.
  • Team Management: Manage leasing agents, prepare leasing strategies, and review leases.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the portfolio, including financial analysis and market studies.
  • Risk Management: Coordinate permitted use approvals and implement risk management strategies.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets and implement property management platforms and processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and/or office leasing experience.
  • Background: Candidates from a retail asset management background are invited to apply.
