- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Participate in meetings with asset managers, centre managers, leasing executives, and other individuals to discuss project progress and strategic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in from all relevant parties.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Support the creation of asset scorecards and other dashboards for the business.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel), as well as financial analysis and valuation.
- Experience with data analysis, project management, and business strategy.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
