About the Role

Asset and Order Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset and Order Management Coordinator to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Grid Technologies Services division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our service assets and orders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain service assets, including tools, test equipment, and tool containers, to ensure availability and functionality for field service specialists.
  • Develop and implement processes for tracking, maintaining, and repairing service assets to minimize downtime and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with field service specialists, project management team, and sales team to ensure timely availability and logistical arrangements of required tools and equipment for service operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service assets, orders, and inventory, and generate reports as needed for management review.
  • Carry out order management for spares, consumables, tools, including identifying needs, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spares and consumables.
