About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with Product Delivery Managers and business stakeholders to facilitate idea generation and project initiation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate Team Ceremonies

Lead team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and other ceremonies as required, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Foster a High-Performance Environment

Create an environment that encourages high performance and productivity, and facilitate the team to be more effective in delivering results.

Work with the Product Owner

Collaborate with the Product Owner to facilitate the delivery of prioritized initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Estimate Initiatives

Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Analysts to estimate initiatives, ensuring accurate planning and resource allocation.

Develop Plans

Develop comprehensive plans, including work required, resourcing, scheduling, and budget planning, to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate Initiatives

Coordinate initiatives across teams, working with other project managers, managing dependencies, rhythms, and meeting cadences to ensure seamless execution.

Manage Risk, Quality, and Progress

Oversee risk, quality, and progress, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

Deliver Non-Technical Components

Take responsibility for delivering non-technical components, including business stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness, engaging with relevant support functions as necessary.

Communicate with Stakeholders

Regularly communicate and update key stakeholders on project deliverables, with timely escalation of any issues impacting project timelines or costs.

Manage Change

Effectively manage change using a business readiness framework and leveraging key resources in the business.

Run Project Governance Forums

Run required project governance forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups, to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.

Evaluate and Improve

Evaluate and identify improvements to inform future projects and to our LGT Crestone delivery framework, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.

About You

You will be a degree-qualified professional with at least 5+ years' experience in a project management role, working within an Agile Project Management framework, preferably within financial services technology. You have experience delivering enterprise-wide Technology Transformation projects and strong change management skills.

You are a self-starter who is logical, methodical, and has a strong attention to detail. You support and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, transparency, and accountability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that offers opportunity, variety, and a chance to accelerate your development.
