Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President to lead our Regional Business Development efforts in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing the regional business plan, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving fundraising efforts for our various private funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the regional business plan, aligning with global strategies and objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, external advisors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies, working closely with the global fundraise management team.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful execution of regional business plans.
  • Lead the APAC Fundraise Management team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and retain junior team members, creating effective training programs.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business management, or a relevant discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience in fundraising for private fund strategies, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the LP landscape and preferences, styles, and requirements across key regions and investor types.
  • Strong strategy/product knowledge and ability to communicate details of fund approach.
  • Strong investment and financial analytical capabilities and investment reporting experience.
  • Strong global team management experience.
  • Experience in high-volume processes and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Experience in real estate, infrastructure, and/or private equity asset classes strongly preferred.
  • Institutional fund marketing sales and support experience strongly preferred.
