We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Executive Assistant to join our team at C&K Childcare & Kindergarten's QUT Kelvin Grove centre. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre and supporting children to become confident lifelong learners.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $57,980 (based on 10 hours per week), which includes hourly wage rates of $26.50-$28.45 plus salary sacrificing options. In addition, you will have access to childcare discounts for eligible employees with children enrolled at a C&K Branch Centre.

Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will be the friendly first point of contact for visitors to our centre, assisting with administrative and financial tasks such as managing enrolment records. You will contribute to our inclusive, kind, and collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will be a great communicator with the ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will hold a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, a current driver's license, and valid Blue Card and Police Check (or willing to obtain these within three months). Experience in a similar administration role is desirable, but not essential.
