We are seeking a highly skilled Injury Management Specialist to join our team in VIC, providing expert case management services to injured workers and promoting early return to work.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide needs-based services to people with work-related injuries, managing claims for compensation, ensuring timely treatment, and facilitating medical management and return to work activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
You will assist injured workers in their recovery journey, ensuring they receive entitlements in accordance with legislation. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate complex conversations with workers, employers, medical practitioners, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities- Active management of claims for compensation to deliver appropriate and timely treatment and promote return to work.
- Ensuring injured workers receive entitlements in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- Liaising with injured workers, employers, and treating practitioners to facilitate medical management and return to work activities.
