Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver programs of projects for key clients.
  • Manage work programs to deliver engineering services with respect to mine waste management.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Lead the design of tailings storage facilities and other earthen structures from conceptual through to delivery stages.
  • Plan and direct field investigations and other tasks to meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications.
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A background working on tailings, water, and civil projects, ideally with some experience within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality service.
