Strategic Workforce Leader

We are seeking an experienced workforce leader to drive our people capability strategy and shape a future-ready workforce.

This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact programs, from leadership development and learning frameworks to diversity, engagement and talent initiatives. You will oversee a small team and collaborate with stakeholders to embed meaningful change and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

  • Lead the design and delivery of strategic learning and development programs
  • Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders
  • Drive talent management, succession planning and career pathways
  • Manage graduate, trainee and internship programs
  • Lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives
  • Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability across the organization
  • Monitor key metrics and outcomes across all programs

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Organizational Development
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary workforce practices
  • Experience in leadership, learning, engagement and diversity programs
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to coach, influence and drive change across all levels
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems
