The Director, Programs and Impact plays a key role in leading the design, implementation and evaluation of program strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic programs to deliver positive social outcomes;
  • Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation;
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise;
About You:
  • You are a senior leader with significant experience in program design, delivery and evaluation, preferably within the not-for-profit or public sector;
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups;
  • You are committed to Aboriginal-led development and have a passion for creating lasting social impact.
