Role Summary:

The Director, Programs and Impact is a key member of the executive team responsible for leading the design, implementation and evaluation of program and impact strategy.

This role ensures that investments and initiatives are strategic, evidence-informed, and measurably effective in delivering positive social outcomes for beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the design and delivery of initial projects reflecting the Foundation's ways of working and strategic priorities
  • Overseeing the end-to-end program lifecycle
  • Demonstrating expertise in program design, delivery and evaluation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the not-for-profit or public sector
  • Familiarity with grant funding or social investment models
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
