Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive growth across multiple categories in the AU marketplace. As a Marketplace Growth Specialist, you will work with established Selling Partners to develop and execute strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue expansion for our top-selling partners
- Collaborate with Product teams to educate and adopt Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Advertising and Global Selling
- Analyse internal and industry data to understand customer behaviours, trends and new opportunities
- Relay partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business or other relevant degree
- 2-4 years of work experience with a strong track record of success in exceeding KPIs and performance goals
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong business judgment, proven ability to influence others
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or other CRM tool
