Marketplaces Channel Manager

This role is a prime opportunity to take charge of global marketplace growth.

As a Marketplaces Channel Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing performance across Amazon marketplaces worldwide.

You will take charge of pricing, promotions, and Buy Box strategy to drive market share, develop and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns that deliver real ROI, collaborate with cross-functional teams and an external agency to scale impact, keep listings sharp with A+ content, SEO, and customer review strategies, and get exposure to global expansion strategy and play a pivotal role in execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in e-commerce or digital growth, with a heavy focus on Amazon, proven success scaling sales and operations across multiple Amazon regions, hands-on expertise with Amazon Advertising, campaign setup, and optimisation, commercial acumen with experience managing GMV, ROAS, and Seller Ratings, and confidence managing digital P&L and delivering against growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with Amazon and agency partners to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Build, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS.
  • Run seasonal promotions and pricing initiatives backed by competitive analysis.
  • Oversee daily sales and category performance, leading weekly KPI reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with marketplace requirements and policies.
