
Marketplace Growth Specialist

Drive growth across multiple categories by collaborating with established Selling Partners.
- Collaborate with Product teams to educate and adopt Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), Sponsored Advertising, and Global Selling.
- Analyse internal and industry data to understand customer behaviours, trends, and new opportunities.
- Relay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
- Guide sellers to grow their business at Amazon, adapt new programs and features, solve operational issues, and experience ecommerce, brand/product management, sales, marketing, or customer success.
- Use Salesforce CRM or other CRM tools and have strong data manipulation and analytical abilities with excel.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, or other relevant degree.
- 2-4 years work experience with a strong track record of success in exceeding KPIs and performance goals.
- Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
