The Rural Financial Counselling Service NSW is a registered charity providing financial counselling and workshops to primary producers, small business owners, and individuals living in regional NSW.

This service is delivered by over 40 staff located across the Western, Central West, Central Tablelands, Southeast, Riverina, and Murray regions of NSW.

We are seeking a Corporate Services Manager to deliver cost-effective finance, asset management, information technology, and corporate administration services within the objectives and policies of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure best practice leadership, management, and staff compliance.
  • Deliver cost-effective finance, asset management, information technology, and corporate administration services.
  • Provide high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong commercial awareness.
  • Utilize Xero and Microsoft Office suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience with Employment Hero, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI is preferred.
  • Hold a CPA or CA qualification with experience working in financial management roles.
  • Engage with stakeholders to build positive internal and external relationships.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related discipline.
