Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Corporate Services Group Manager to lead our IT Project Management Office (PMO) and drive the technological vision and initiatives of Linfox.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the solutions that support our corporate service functions with appropriate technologies that support our safety, security, efficiency, sustainability, and service goals.
  • Lead the IT PMO function, including managing project delivery framework and overall project portfolio reporting, tracking resource capacity, and driving adherence to fit for purpose project and risk governance and methodology guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize IT services and elevate customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to interpret business needs related to projects and drive strategic planning, enterprise architecture, and technology governance.
  • Manage budget for the corporate services and IT PMO teams and communicate and influence at the highest senior executive levels across Linfox.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or enterprise architecture and/or computer science and/or digital business transformation or related field PM and BA accreditation (e.g., Prince2, BABOK etc)
  • Change management related qualification of commensurate experience
  • 15+ years' experience in IT industry
  • 5+ years' experience in senior IT leadership role
  • Transport, Supply Chain, Logistics, or alike industry experience is favourable
