We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies to engage and inform our store teams, support office staff, and other stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans to support key business initiatives, events, and campaigns.
  • Partner with senior leaders and business teams to understand their communication needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging internal communications content, including email updates, team briefings, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure seamless communication of marketing campaigns and brand activations.
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams to ensure they have the information they need to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders and business teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
