We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing key pieces of marketing communication, taking ownership of always-on comms responsibilities, and collaborating with our creative, PR, and media agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including advertising, PR, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Manage and produce key components of marketing campaigns, including advertising, and deliver assets to other specialist channel teams for execution.
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop effective agency briefs, manage the process to completion, and ensure campaign excellence.
- Engage and drive other owned channel managers to deliver overall campaign excellence.
- Deliver high-quality creative assets, including art direction, permanent marketing properties, and campaign executions, whether delivered directly by you or by separate specialist teams.
- Proven experience in comms and campaign management, including knowledge of best practices for each channel.
- Brand and marketing communications, content, or media experience, either client-side or agency-side.
- Ability to use insights to drive effective campaigns.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, managing stakeholders and agency partners.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end campaign execution processes in relevant channels, under direction from a colleague.
