About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our global Marketing team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and maintain our website, social media, and email marketing channels
  • Develop and edit marketing materials, including content, graphics, and videos
  • Measure and report on marketing performance using data and analytics
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Sydney office. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Sydney Pay: AUD 105,000. Up to 20% travel may be required, to other Australia office locations or to events.
