About the Opportunity

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with the Orchard Strategy team to drive data-informed decisions and achieve business results through digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct paid search budget planning and feasibility reviews for prospective clients.
  • Carry out keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative optimization to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
  • Manage and communicate key differences by attribution models.
  • Utilize website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track user behavior, identify trends, and optimize website performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Understand the capabilities offered by SQL database platforms and be willing to learn these technologies if relevant.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • A solutions mindset, able to think critically and respond at pace.
  • An ability to work effectively with a wide set of stakeholders, with solid communication skills, while also willing to work independently or directly with clients.
