About the Role:

Florence Guild is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing and communications strategies that align with the company's overall marketing program
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive business results
  • Manage and execute social media content strategies to grow our organic channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive high open rates and conversion
  • Write, edit, and publish monthly newsletters to improve open rates and click-through rates
  • Identify and develop content that fits with the brand's visual style and personality
  • Manage our PR agency to enhance all communications
  • Champion the brand, ensuring all communications deliver on our brand positioning
  • Monitor, track, and report on performance using analytics to make informed strategic decisions
  • Familiarize yourself with the motivations of our member base to create compelling communications that deliver measurable, actionable outcomes
  • Set appropriate budgets to deliver the marketing strategy and manage spend appropriately

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Communications Specialist who has a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies. You will have a strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content marketing, as well as excellent writing and editing skills. You will be a creative thinker and problem-solver, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a flair for visual communication.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in marketing communications for brands or integrated/creative/communications agencies
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective social media, marketing, and communications strategies
  • Proven ability to deliver commercial results
  • Confident communicator and born storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Keen eye and flair for aesthetics, imagery curation, and visual communication
  • Methodical, process-driven, and deadline-focused with a stickler for correct grammar and quality
  • Experience with video content preferred
  • Expert user across communication and social platforms and analytical tools for measurement and optimisation
  • Experience with stakeholder management at various levels
  • Experience working with premium brands is preferable
