Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing plans, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and event marketing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing efforts
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to leadership on marketing performance and campaign results
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Sydney office. Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Sydney Pay: AUD 105,000. Up to 20% travel may be required, to other Australia office locations or to events.
