About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in creating better experiences for our team members across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clear, concise, and purposeful communications through various mediums, including online, print, video, and internal social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with business teams to create cohesive communications plans for key events, change initiatives, product launches, and other projects.
  • Host and coordinate weekly team sessions, distributing weekly email and store communications to ensure seamless information flow.
  • Support our store teams in understanding and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Enable the flow of information across our large and diverse Brand & Marketing team, ensuring updates on strategic priorities and new activity going live to market.

Requirements

  • Experience in communications, marketing, events, public relations, or similar fields.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively across different initiatives.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders, positively influencing and showing agility and adaptability.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
