About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic marketer to join a dynamic marketing team at Amart Furniture. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Assist in the delivery of end-to-end campaigns to market, working closely with agencies and stakeholders to ensure all advertising materials are provided correctly and on time.
  • Content Creation: Proofread and edit content across various mediums and audiences to ensure it adheres to the brand's tone of voice.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines to meet both internal and external deadlines.
  • Supplier Relationships: Promote and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Marketing Support: Provide support for various marketing projects as needed, including local campaigns, gift cards, category initiatives, and product launches.
  • Content Integration: Coordinate content and product integration across various marketing initiatives.
  • Competitor and Customer Analysis: Compile information for competitor and customer analysis.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media competitions.
  • Marketing Inboxes: Manage marketing and media inboxes.
  • Local Area Marketing: Support local area marketing and store support.
  • Data Analysis: Gather data across various platforms for team analysis and reporting, and compile presentations for the marketing team.
  • Marketing Follow-ups: Support the marketing team with preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing follow-ups.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs, and be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. You will also need to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, be customer-focused and results-driven, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. 1-2 years of marketing experience in a similar role, ideally with a retail background, is highly desired.
