About the Role

As a Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will be responsible for developing trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. Your primary goal is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating sales and ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately
  • Conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, performing day-to-day administration tasks, and maintaining the overall look of the store
  • Assisting with various warehouse duties, such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders

Requirements

  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability to load and unload products (up to 25kgs)
  • Technological savvy and administrative skills
