Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth across our businesses. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing a multi-channel marketing plan to maximize exposure, build audiences, and retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive sales and growth across our businesses;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including directors, managers, and colleagues;
  • Analyze market trends, research, and best practices to inform marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions;
  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide regular reporting to management;
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches;
  • Develop and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms;
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, research, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have at least two years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a recruitment or human resources company. You will hold a Bachelor of Marketing or other relevant tertiary qualification and possess exceptional writing and communication skills. You will also have a good understanding of digital marketing and marketing tools, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
