This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated marketing professional at the beginning of their career to become part of a dynamic marketing team for one of Australia's leading brands. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will assist the marketing team in reaching the objectives, strategies, and outcomes aligned with the strategic marketing goals outlined in the Amart Furniture Business Plan.

Role Overview:

This position is varied, and each day will present new challenges as you collaborate with a dedicated team passionate about enhancing the Amart brand.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Assisting in the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns and collaborating with agencies and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all promotional materials.
  • Reviewing and refining content across diverse platforms and audiences to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Overseeing project timelines to meet both internal and external deadlines.
  • Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Supporting various marketing initiatives as required (e.g., local campaign development, gift card promotions, product launches).
  • Coordinating content and product integration across multiple marketing efforts.
  • Gathering insights for competitor and customer analysis.
  • Managing and coordinating social media contests.
  • Overseeing marketing and media communication channels.
  • Assisting with local marketing efforts and store support.
  • Collecting data from various platforms for team analysis and reporting, and preparing presentations for the marketing team.
  • Aiding the marketing team in preparing regular marketing updates.

Desired Attributes:

To be considered for this position, we seek an enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute within a team setting. A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline is essential, along with strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office. You should be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A customer-centric approach and results-oriented mindset are crucial, complemented by strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be adept at building solid relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively with your team and key business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
