Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on tile products and solutions.
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
- Proven experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move products (up to 25kgs).
- Technologically savvy and administrative skills.
