Dining Reservations Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate dining bookings to ensure a high conversion rate of booking enquiries to secured patronage.

We are seeking an individual with exemplary phone etiquette and confidence to accurately record all booking information. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering all incoming dining reservation enquiries across various venues
  • Correctly recording all dining requirements and advising relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of dining options
  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances
  • Checking the availability of tables and times on the customers' desired dining dates
  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers as required
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
  • Selling and promoting reservation services
  • Answering any questions customers may have about the reservation process

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • PC savvy with knowledge of booking platforms
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
