The ICC Group exists as a premium hospitality business incorporating 3 Registered Clubs, Southern Sydney Events Centre, Above 8 Bar & Lounge and Hotel Mountain Heritage.

We are now seeking a Reservations Agent who will be based at our Hurstville premises. Reporting to the Event Services Manager the Reservations Agent is an integral member of the ICC Group team. This role is responsible for providing exemplary customer service as well as effective and efficient facilitation of all dining outlet reservations within the ICC Group. The role also assist with administrative support for the Events team across the Group.

The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate dining bookings to ensure a high conversion rate of booking enquiries to secured patronage and will be delivered to the highest possible standards and ensure a smooth operation is conducted.

**What are some of the duties required?**
- Administration of all incoming dining reservation enquiries across all ICC Group venues
- Correctly record all dining requirements and advise relevant stakeholders
- Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of dining options.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Checking the availability of tables and times on the customers' desired dining dates.
- Where required, processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as premium beverages, meal selections, connections to show events.

We need someone with exemplary phone etiquette and confidence to accurately record all booking in formation. They will need to be PC savvy as the role will require the use of booking platforms across the group. They will also need to be a team player and be able to manage several requests at the same time ensuring all stakeholders have been factored into the booking (think availability, turn around times, dietary requirements, special access etc). You will need to be flexible in your approach and ready to assist with administrative duties in the quieter periods. Finally your experience in a similar role will be a huge advantage.
