Key Responsibilities:- Manage various critical operational readiness activities including leading operational readiness projects, commissioning plans, and providing expert operational readiness advice and guidelines to stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements are known, managed, and coordinated to support the successful service delivery at Forest Lake Lodge in alignment with new Aged Care standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for individuals with qualifications in Auditing and/or Quality Assurance, as well as at least five years of operational experience within Aged Care and/or Quality, compliance, and risk management.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Aged Care regulations and commission requirements, as well as demonstrated ability to lead and influence organisational change.
The ideal candidate will be pragmatic and logical in their approach, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time is essential, as well as the ability to understand financial management processes.
Technological fluency is also a must.
