Operational Readiness Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Readiness Specialist to lead and drive our Operational Readiness advisory practice across various sectors. This role will involve working closely with our Global Director Operational Readiness to develop and implement business strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational readiness, with expertise in managing projects from start-up to ramp-up. They will be able to effectively bridge the gap between research and innovative technologies, and between engineering and reliable operations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior client management teams. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a focus on quality commitment, lower operating costs, efficient utilization of capital assets, higher safety and risk management standards, faster start-ups, and continuous performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and drive Operational Readiness advisory practice across vertical markets
  • To develop and implement business strategies that deliver exceptional results for clients
  • To manage projects from start-up to ramp-up, ensuring seamless delivery of operational readiness services
