Job Title

We are seeking a highly accomplished leader to drive operational readiness across vertical markets in Australia.

The successful candidate will report to the Global Director Operational Readiness and lead a team mandated with finding solutions for clients across the firm's mining, metals, energy and infrastructure businesses.

Solutions currently include expert advisory services for operational improvement/support, strategic advisory, enterprise solutions, asset management, due diligence, risk assessment and investment business planning.

About This Role
  • Refine and implement the strategic direction for the regional group.
  • Ensure organizational capacity is in place to deliver on the group's regional plans.
  • Champion the group's interests to major customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing direction and developmental support to the team.
  • Ensure the regional team is fully aligned with the objectives and direction of the advisory group overall and the region.

  • Articulates key points of an argument persuasively.
  • Focuses strongly on achieving agreed upon outcomes and ensures that key objectives are met.
