Established in 2000, Forest Lake Lodge is a privately owned and operated residential aged care home, with 140 residents, located in Forest Lake. Committed to enabling our residents to live their best lives, we take pride in adopting a holistic approach to care that addresses their emotional, physical, spiritual, and recreational needs. We're on a mission, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team in making a difference in the lives of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibility will be to manage various critical operational readiness activities, including leading operational readiness projects, commissioning plans and providing expert operational readiness advice and guidelines to stakeholders to ensure requirements are known, managed and coordinated to support the successful service delivery at Forest Lake Lodge in alignment with the new Aged Care standards.

This is a 1 year fixed term contract role, with part time hours (4 days per week).

**Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Auditing and/or Quality Assurance (desirable).

**Skills and Experience**
- At least five 5 years operational experience within Aged Care and/or Quality, compliance and risk management.
- Understanding and knowledge of Aged Care regulations and commission requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence organisational change
- Knowledge of contemporary operational management principles
- Pragmatic and logical in approach
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Ability to understand financial management process
- Technologically fluent
