ERP Finance Business Readiness Expert

This role focuses on driving the ERP S/4HANA finance business readiness stream, using the SAP Activate methodology to design, build, and deploy processes, data migration, integration, and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in corporate finance or treasury contexts.
  • Engage with stakeholders across finance, treasury, and IT functions in complex matrixed organizations.
  • Develop a solid understanding of core finance processes, including general ledger (GL), actuals, planning, and budgeting cycles.
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC is desirable but not essential.
  • Demonstrate strong capability in benefits and outcomes traceability, linking business objectives through process change to detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in corporate finance or treasury contexts.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and management, particularly across finance, treasury, and IT functions in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Solid understanding of core finance processes, including general ledger (GL), actuals, planning, and budgeting cycles.
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC is desirable but not essential.
