This position requires designing and rolling out engaging campaigns tailored to specific customer groups and products using various marketing tools. You'll attract attention, keep customers interested, boost sales, and build loyalty. To achieve this, you'll measure the success of your campaigns, use feedback and data to improve strategies, and understand customer needs and commercial goals.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and running marketing campaigns that align with customer needs, focusing on web and strategic partnership channels
  • Collaborating with senior team members to complete initiatives and deliver impactful results
  • Assisting with large-scale campaigns and taking ownership of smaller promotions, coordinating creative, offers, and pricing across teams
  • Developing engaging email series, webinars, and content for partners to promote offers and share insights
  • Supporting key events ensuring they are well-executed and meet business objectives
  • Using data and analytics to track campaign performance and improve strategies

To succeed in this role, you should have experience creating marketing campaigns that get results. You should be organised, detail-focused, and great at managing projects. A strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and influence others is also essential. Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Platforms is a plus. Analytical approach with a knack for using data to inform decisions is required, as well as adaptability and proactivity in a dynamic setting.
