We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team at Beaumont People in Australia.

The ideal candidate will be based in Sydney or Melbourne, with a flexible work environment offering reduced days in the office, promoting an incredible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multiple marketing campaigns to achieve maximum impact against objectives, on budget and to deadline.
  • Solicit stakeholder input and coordinate conflicting feedback to ensure campaign success.
  • Negotiate budgets and timings with external suppliers, effectively brief them on brand style and campaign objectives, and maintain professional correspondence.
  • Support the Direct Marketing Manager and National Marketing Manager with ad-hoc tasks, including budget and invoice management, retention stock maintenance, artwork review, and communication.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience in marketing, advertising, or communications roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
  • Direct marketing experience and excellent English grammar and spelling skills.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • A positive attitude, superior communication skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum.
