We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our Unified marketing team at MYOB. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and executing engaging campaigns tailored to specific customer groups and products. Using a variety of marketing tools, you will attract attention, keep customers interested, boost sales, and build loyalty.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating demand in market for MYOB and engaging AU & NZ businesses when it matters most. You will work closely with senior team members to complete initiatives and deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate will have experience creating marketing campaigns that get results and be organized, detail-focused, and great at managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns that align with customer needs, focusing on web and strategic partnership channels.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to complete initiatives and deliver impactful results.
  • Assist with large-scale campaigns and take ownership of smaller promotions, coordinating creative, offers and pricing across teams.
  • Develop engaging email series, webinars and content for partners to promote offers and share insights.
  • Support key events ensuring they are well-executed and meet business objectives.
  • Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and improve strategies, while understanding customer needs and commercial goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong background in marketing with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas and influence others.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Platforms.
  • An analytical approach with a knack for using data to inform decisions.
