Job Overview

This is a casual role working across Monday to Friday, with approximately 2-3 shifts per week, totaling around 6 to 12 hours of work.

As a live auction operator, you will be responsible for data entry of auction bids into our online system and provide timely information to an auctioneer by phone during auctions.

Auctions are held in real-time, requiring a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quick thinking.

You will also perform general administrative duties associated with the auction process and collaborate effectively with colleagues at branches regarding auction bidding.

Flexibility is required in this casual role, with potential training opportunities in other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry of auction bids into our online system

Requirements:

  • Professional and engaging communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Efficient organization and prioritization of tasks
