Role Overview

This is a career-defining opportunity for an industrious individual to transition into the auction industry, specifically in the trucks/machinery/equipment sector.

The successful candidate will enjoy the stability of a permanent full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm.

  • Allocation and processing of assets for auctions and other sale events
  • Problem-solving and investigation of issues related to asset allocation
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for clients
  • Reporting auction results to internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with auction-related KPIs
About You

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Understanding of trucks/machinery/equipment or relevant work experience will be highly advantageous
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
Responsibilities

Asset Allocation: Allocate assets from our stock on hand lists to the correct auction channel in conjunction with our sales teams to produce optimal results for our clients.

Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues related to asset allocation, ensuring seamless operations.

Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for clients.

Auction Results: Report auction results to internal teams, providing valuable insights for future decision-making.

KPI Compliance: Ensure compliance with auction-related KPIs, driving business growth and excellence.
