Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our footprint in the healthcare consumer market.
  • Sales Excellence: Leverage your deep knowledge of the consumer industry to deliver exceptional results, exceeding sales targets and driving profitability.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and market insights to make informed decisions, optimizing sales strategies and driving continuous improvement.
  • Commercial Acumen: Apply your strong commercial acumen to identify profitable opportunities, manage budgets effectively, and maximize financial performance.
Requirements
  • Proven skills in business and financial management, knowledge of revenue management, ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Strong Leadership (people and channel management).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Coaching experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within Sales/Marketing leadership position.
  • Strong change enabler and driver.
  • Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity, and ability to manage multiple projects and people to get things done.
  • Experience across Pharmacy/Grocery Channels within FMCH preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field preferred.
