Job Title: Building Structures Practice Lead

About the Role

This senior position offers an opportunity to shape our building structures offering in Australia. As an experienced and technically accomplished leader, you will develop and drive strategy, technical excellence and team development, while expanding our national footprint in close partnership with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our building structures strategy to establish and grow the practice across Australia. This includes building client relationships and securing major project wins, actively delivering projects, overseeing technical excellence and quality, and leading a high-performing team aligned with our values and technical standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration, alongside a minimum of 15 years of experience within consulting engineering. You are known for your technical expertise, commercial acumen and ability to win and deliver complex projects. Your strong client network and passion for innovation, quality and team development will be key to your success.

This role requires travel both domestically and internationally to connect with your team, clients and global colleagues.
