  • Actively deliver projects.\
  • Oversee technical excellence and quality of building structural engineering across diverse sectors.\
  • Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with HDR's values and technical standards.\
  • Collaborate across business groups to deliver integrated solutions for clients.\
  • Lead as a member of the Building Engineering Services Leadership Team.\
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, advocating for an inclusive working environment and fostering a culture of belonging.
