Building Structures Discipline Lead

This is a senior leadership position responsible for establishing and leading the building structures discipline across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, professional registration, and a minimum of 15 years of experience within consulting engineering. They should be known for their technical expertise, commercial acumen, and ability to win and deliver complex projects.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to establish and grow the practice across Australia. They will build strategic relationships, secure major project wins, actively manage projects, oversee technical excellence, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
