Strategic Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer relationship end-to-end, partnering with an Account Technology Strategist (ATS) to drive business development and AI Transformation.
  • Develop strategic sales plans, generate pipelines, and orchestrate full account teams to ensure Microsoft revenue targets are met.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial customer strategies.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams across all areas of Microsoft to ensure delivery of customer outcomes throughout the lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years experience in account management, including strategic planning.
  • Background in retail or relevant experience in consulting or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Established track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong relationship-building skills.
