The Senior Partner Manager will help tech vendors and consultancies secure the best GTM talent in ANZ through executive recruitment, IT sales, and presales expertise.
This role involves identifying and onboarding Channel, Alliance, and Integration Partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Understand partner business thoroughly, including market opportunity with technology partners - integration and white label technology Partners, ISVs, specialist AML and Data Consultancies, and Service Providers.
- Create a valid business plan with assigned Partners and execute it throughout the fiscal year to meet objectives.
- Collaborate with direct sales teams (Enterprise and Mid Market) and attend End User sales appointments with designated Partners where appropriate.
- Drive Partners to build a strong pipeline based on new business creation.
- Maintain strong relationships with Partners at all levels and recruit new resell.
- Educate and train the assigned channels.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, or alliances management.
- Proven experience developing a successful Partner program with Partner recruitment and enablement.
- Experience working with Partners at all levels (senior management through to sales and IT for integration).
- Growth mindset, results-oriented, and action-driven.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a virtual team.
- Willingness to travel - ANZ focus.
