AusNet Services is a leader in the clean energy transition, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled professional to guide our leaders and employees through complex change initiatives. As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that upcoming changes are embedded in our ways of working and delivered in alignment with our change management framework.

This is a hybrid role based in Southbank, with a split between office and work-from-home arrangements. You'll be part of the People Enablement team within People & Safety, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute change management plans that support strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments and identify people risks associated with delivery.
  • Define the overall change management approach for each initiative, including key activities and success measurements.
  • Support our leaders to take center stage in the change initiative.
  • Perform ongoing change readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for upcoming transitions.
  • Track progress and effectiveness of change management activities, reporting updates to the Change Management Lead.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in transformational or complex change management environments, preferably in the digital sector.
  • Strong process experience and ability to develop bite-sized learning materials.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple competing activities and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise cross-functionally with various levels of stakeholders.
