Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end process of eliciting, analyzing, communicating, validating, documenting, and maintaining technical requirements for mobile applications. Your expertise will be invaluable in gathering, articulating, and documenting mobile specifications, acceptance criteria, and data mapping.

You will apply a consultative approach to interface with business and technical stakeholders to map and analyze business processes, ensuring seamless integration between different systems. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate the review, evaluation, and selection of appropriate business systems, tooling, and vendor/partner, and document the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, articulate, and document mobile specifications, acceptance criteria, and data mapping
  • Drive alignment between requirements and implementation
  • Apply a consultative approach to interface with business and technical stakeholders to map and analyze business processes
  • Coordinate and facilitate the review, evaluation, and selection of appropriate business systems, tooling, and vendor/partner and document the decision-making process

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess proven experience working in IOS / Android Apps, proficiency in writing SQL queries to interrogate and interpret data, and experience in mobile application delivery. Excellent documentation and writing skills, strong communication, presentation, engagement, and relationship management skills are also essential.
