Strategic HR Business Partner for Digital Transformation

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic HR Business Partner to drive employee experience initiatives and contribute to our company's growth and success. As our ideal candidate, you will possess a robust background in HR or Employee Experience (EX) Business Partnering, coupled with hands-on experience managing employee experience projects.
The role of our HR Business Partner is multifaceted:
- Strategic Leadership Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute people strategies that align with our business objectives. Coach managers on leadership, talent development, and performance management.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement employee experience programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Champion our Responsible Business and DEI initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
- Talent Management: Drive talent attraction and development strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Lead succession planning and career development programs while managing performance processes and capability building.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Design and maintain HR policies and benefits programs that comply with regulatory requirements. Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits implementation to ensure market competitiveness.
- Regional Initiatives: Contribute to regional HR initiatives and organizational transformation projects that foster growth and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role, ideally within a fast-paced, global environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex, multi-site employee engagement or transformation projects from inception to completion.
- The ability to interpret data from various employee experience touchpoints and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Proven track record of collaborating closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to build trust and influence decision-making.
- Experience in successfully managing change initiatives within a dynamic business environment, particularly related to employee engagement and cultural transformation.
- Proficiency with HR tech platforms, particularly Workday, and a willingness to explore automation and new digital solutions that can enhance the employee experience.
- Certified coaching skills to empower senior leaders and managers to deepen their understanding of employee experience principles and implement strategies for improved outcomes.
This opportunity comes with a highly competitive estimated annual salary of $110,000 - $140,000 AUD, depending on location and experience.
