About the Position

As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries and reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels. You will also be responsible for efficiently processing guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly customer service to all guests
  • Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a consistent and positive guest experience
  • Recommend room types, resort amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
